Membership Policies

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Members are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping it up to date.
• Membership benefits are available only to the registered member or individuals who live in their household.

Checkout Policies

• Standard checkout period is 2 weeks
• Extensions may be granted upon request if no waitlist exists
• Late returns will result in late fees and may result in temporary suspension of checkout privileges
• Members are responsible for carriers while in their possession

Carrier Care

• Follow manufacturer care instructions
• Do not wash carriers unless specifically instructed
• Report any damage or wear immediately
• Keep carriers away from pets and smoke

Damage & Loss

• Minor wear from normal use is expected and acceptable
• Significant damage may require repair costs or replacement fees
• Lost carriers will be charged to the member at the cost to replace

Safety

• Always follow safe babywearing practices
• Follow the manufacturer's directions for the carrier
• Ensure proper positioning and airway access
• Inspect carriers before each use
• If you're unsure about proper use, please ask for guidance
