Cache Valley Babywearing Library is a community resource dedicated to helping families discover the joy and benefits of babywearing. We believe that every parent should have the opportunity to try different carriers before investing in one. Our volunteer-run lending library offers a wide variety of carriers, wraps, and slings for families to borrow and try.

Our journey to starting Cache Valley Babywearing wasn't a single moment of inspiration. It was years of experiences between different families weaving together until this felt like the natural next step.

I’m Liza. I’m a babywearing mom myself and love the extra snuggles I get without getting overstimulated. I’ve been working with families with babies and children for many years now. I love helping families as they grow into new dynamics and experiences. When I realized the gap we had in our local community around babywearing, I decided it was something I wanted to help fill. I’m a certified babywearing educator with well-rounded knowledge in lots of different areas of babywearing, from structured carriers to wraps and everything in between. However, I’m also a pediatric RN who works with medically complex kids, and I’ve spent a lot of time learning how these kids can be worn safely so they (and you) can get all of the amazing benefits of babywearing that can be particularly daunting with them.
